Dutch government
The challenge
Content teams of a large 3500 employees counting Dutch semi-government organisation drown in website update tickets: copy from spreadsheets, write new content/ translate content, locate the right page, paste, re-format, notify reviewers. It’s repetitive, slow and error-prone.
Ramen AI's solution
We built an Automated CMS Content Updater that monitors change requests (from tickets in Smartsheets), interprets instructions, finds the correct page, extracts the content that needs to be updated or translated, edits the relevant section (content generation) and saves a draft in the CMS. Then sends a notification to a Slack channel for review.
How we did it
Request ingestion – Polls spreadsheet or form submissions for updates.
Content mapping – Uses AI to match each request to the correct page & block.
Edit & draft – Applies changes via CMS API, preserving style and SEO meta.
Notification – Sends reviewer a Slack link to preview and publish.
The results
≈ 1 FTE content management saved per year (≈ $90k) for their high-volume content site.
